Frequently Asked Questions About Our Portable Toilets

How many portable toilets will I need for my event?

            When have created the Porta John Planning Tool to be used as a guide in determining how many single porta johns is needed for your event based on estimated number of guests and length of time. We suggest renting at least one handicap accessible unit per event.

Does the porta johns come with toilet paper?

      Absolutely! We provide plenty of toilet paper in each unit to last the maximum usage. We also fill the units with water and odor fighting blue chemical. Units are ready to be used when we leave and you do not have to worry about providing anything.

How early should I book for my event?

      We suggest the sooner the better. Our busiest time of the year is April - December (especially spring and fall) and available units book up fast. Call or email us right away so we can book your event in advance. We will do our best to accommodate last minute requests.

Will the event units have any profanity?

       No! Our event porta johns are in great shape and have never been used on a construction site. We guarantee no profanity on the inside or outside. We take the time to scrub each unit with antibacterial soap to ensure cleanliness. High quality units are most important and it's our goal to deliver that every time.

What type of payment does K & S Porta Johns Inc. except?

       We except cash, check or credit card (Visa, MC, AMEX, Discover). We do not require any down payment for porta johns at the time of booking. Payment in full is required at the time of delivery. Restroom Trailers require a nonrefundable 25% down payment to reserve with remaining balance due upon delivery.

When will the porta johns be delivered and picked up?

         For weekend events we usually deliver the units the Thursday or Friday before but we will contact you to discuss the delivery time. Units are picked up as soon as possible (usually Monday or Tuesday following the event) but no longer than a week. We will do our best to fulfill special requests!
